I think he’s kind of fucked, depending on what he wants. Seems like an arrogant douche so I imagine he wants to be the main guy.

However, he doesn’t seem to be great at the job itself so fell back on a rep of being a culture builder. That’s dead. So he can probably land somewhere buried down the staff as an assistant, but for a self-promoter like Fitz, that’ll be a tough one to swallow.
