Whatever. Probably the best available non-Pacquiao opponent for Floyd, but I see nothing Cotto brings to the table that can win him this fight. The fact that Mayweather is fighting him at the full 154 though is good, especially since Pacquiao and Arum wanted to drain him to 147 for the most pointless rematch since Oscar-Chavez II.
