Got ball then went on to foul him on the left arm. You can argue that the ref should have swallowed his whistle but you can't argue it was a foul. It was also challenged unsuccessfully. Video doesn't lie.

Swallow the whistle unless it’s egregious. There’s no way to overturn a letter of the law foul call, but the video review should include some type of spirit-of-the-law seppuku option for the official.
