PFF grades have always been bullshit.

Well, they are. I’ve been consistent about this for years.

And with the increased participation comes increased production. Clark already has two sacks in 2019, but his impact is much greater when you look at the pressure he’s putting on opposing QBs. He had six QB pressures in Week 1 against Chicago and another seven on Sunday vs. the Vikings. Clark is currently the second-highest graded interior defensive tackle in the NFL, according to Pro Football Focus.[/i]

If you're big into PFF might wanna look up how Blake Martinez is doing according to them. I won't require an apology.

I've never cited their grades or supported their grading system.
I guess opinions vary on the definition of words like
consistently and
never.
Caller Bob is having a day.
I'll give you the bolded part. I didn't notice that from the cut and paste job I did on the Clark article.
The Blake Martinez post is not me using PFF grades to support my argument. It's me telling America that his preferred go-to source disagreed with him.
Anyway, Searching PFF and Favrefan brings up 36 results. There is one post where I copied and pasted an article that used grades. There are also many posts like this:

This is exactly why PFF is bullshit too. I've been critical of Mitch but if your algorithm says Osweiler Eli and Keenum have been better this year it should be a clear cut sign your algorithm is trash and needs to be adjusted.

PFF is worthless
Because ........ ?
A lot of their grades are wildly off. They think Chris Carson is a top 4 RB in the NFL this year. I like Blake Martinez but they think he's one of the best ILBs in the NFL and that's ridiculous.
We can even look at the photo you posted. David Bakhtiari has been the very best OT in football this year, Rodgers has been pretty bad, and they think Rodgers is objectively playing his position better than Bakhtiari is his. That's just a ridiculous assertion, and keep in mind these grades do not give special weight to the QB position.
There are just dozens and dozens of examples like this. They are a subjective, easily digestible ratings system, so people just take their grades as objective truth when that's clearly not the case.

Ive consistently said PFF grades are bullshit tho so I can't act like this is accurate
