That first drive when I saw him throw it into the ground, I thought everything in his head was "No INTS"....and he wasnt going to push the ball down the field.

He He scored 28 points in the final 30 minutes despite having his best receivers playing at about 60% and Forte not being a factor at all.

It was a nice change of pace to see Jay actually be a reason they won a game.

He played above average. Nothing great.

I placed prop bets on Jay throwing 3+ TDs (6 to 1) and 4+ TDs (16 to 1). Thanks Jay!

Most of the time thats all they need him to be. He however, doesn't seem to be content with that.

Im not sure its just that. Sometimes they do need a lot out of him and he fails.

Its not like he led four 80 yard drives. He took advantage of every chance though. Good game.

Correct. He did what we've been asking him to do for years last night. Even when down big, he didn't have a total meltdown and throw 5 picks. He actually kept his composure and led a few scoring drives when we needed it. That's all I ask of him.

However, I want to be clear in that it was one game, and I am in no way saying that he's not still a loser. I still think he is, and he has to prove otherwise. But for one game, I'll give him credit.

I'd give more credit to Brandon Marshall and the offensive line. Jay gets a pat on the head, though, for not screwing things up.

Jay was great the last 32 minutes of the game. He put the offense on his back.

I give all the the credit to his bosses who gave him a stern talking to about his shitty attitude.

Wow, thats an incredible stat Nas. I have no idea how he got up from that. Dude has got to be one of the toughest QBs in the league. He doesn't always make the best/right throws, but goddamn he as tough as nails.

Agreed, he reminds me of Favre that way.

Doesn't that hit warrant a suspension?

Cutler and Panther cruising for chicks. Yeah, that will end well.

Will he be receiving 6 1st downs from penalties the next 14 games? Will opponents accrue 16 penalties for 118 yards every game?

Frank, the Bears are in a 4-way tie for first place and last place with every team in their division. Please stop saying they're in first place.

Thanks,

Bears fans with dignity
