Sounds like his foot hasn't healed properly. That's a big loss for the 'cats, as Coble is an excellent player.

Shurna has developed to the point that they really won't feel this loss. They played extremely well without him and while they could have done slightly better this year with him, they should still be a bubble team this year.

That really sucks. I always felt he was underutilized in Carmody's system and should have been featured more. I guess I can't blame him for not wanting to risk damage that would never heal but it still really sucks for the team.

Teddy suggests in his article that he wasn't really close with the team. Assuming it wasn't the injury that made him quit (big assumption, obviously), I'm really surprised that he didn't want to play on a team that had a decent chance of breaking the streak.
