Lamenting that the somewhat talented but pretty bad Connecticut team didn't win an 8/9 game is unbelievably strange.

Good lord, did this actually happen?
I believe it was some complaint about how Ohio and other teams are there but Connecticut wasn't even able to make it out of the first round even though they had superior talent. Jason did try and explain that Connecticut just kind of sucks as a team.

I guess playing defense isn't important to him.

Mr. Baseball, Terry Boers, asked if Scott Fletcher was still in the league.

He retired 17 years ago.

He might give you the "better" in this case, but it would be followed by a "this year" or some other qualifier like "if they replayed the series 3 more times, the Heat would win" type of argument.

Bottom line is: IF the Bulls do beat the Heat, nothing Bernstein has said or will say doesn't matter because he will have been proven guilty in a court of ball.

I listened a little to the show in my car, about 10 minutes worth....how college basketball is bad, they can't hit shots, can't run stuff down the stretch.....then I got home and turned it off.

Then I decided to watch two of the best teams in the NBA face off.

And what did I see, Orlando scoring 59 points at home to a team with their best player out and another starter out.

But of course the NBA regular season means nothing.

I guess according to Dan, if college basketball sucks and the NBA regular season means nothing then why am I watching basketball. :?

M*A*S*H*....good nostalgic theme music. Bad show. Growing up, the theme music always told me it was bedtime.

Same here. It had its moments for me, but my parents never got cable until around 2003 or so...I had to watch what I had to watch.

I believe it was on WPWR or Fox around 10ish?

Yup. It was on Fox. 10pm...lights out! Although, I stayed up to watch Sanford & Son, WKRP, and All In The Family.

Me too! Fox 32, 10:30?

Anyway, first few seasons of M*A*S*H were outstanding. Three out of eleven, though. Got really bad at the end. Hardly the worst show.

Are you kidding me?! "M*A*S*H" in particular is one of the greatest comedies in the history of TV. 14 Emmy Awards, and STILL the most watched finale in the history of the medium TO THIS DAY. I like Drinky, but I disagree on "M*A*S*H" being the worst.

We can all agree that those last few seasons were awful. Too preachy, not funny.

I like the movie a lot! I like Donald Sutherland in most everything.
