The Bears are a tear-down candidate, the whole organization has to be gutted from top to bottom. Throw out all the bums, regardless how much they make. Bears fans will forgive you if you admit your mistakes. But what won't be forgiven is more obfuscating, excusing, dismissing, and cover-upping.
