I know there are thousands of shootings in and around Chicago every year. And the cops don't talk about all of them. But shouldn't somebody from CPD address this one? Someone got shot in a stadium with 20 thousand or so that night. Seems like a big deal. Should have a better explanation and a defense of any "Magic bullet" theory.
