you guys treat it like it was a blip. He was one of the top hitters for average across the league at any position for 2 seasons (19-20) and won a batting title. He hit over .300 for four consecutive seasons.

He's lost his way beyond baseball. That affects a person's game. Anyone who's ever had a bad disagreement with his spouse knows this.

He's a natural born hitter that lost his way due to fame and off-the-field distractions. I liked him well-enough and wish him the best, but I always said...no team is winning a World Series with him as your short-stop.

Good luck, TA7. I hope he rebounds in Miami.

So you have no issues with Tim Anderson disrespecting our law enforcement by posting "Fuck 12" memes on Social Media?

I just hope he doesn't hurt Burger's development. Still the worst trade Hahn ever made.

A bad one for sure, but Hahn's done worse.

One year 4.5 million for Lorenzen. Would it have killed the Sox to part ways with an extra 4.5 million this year?

The food doesn't even look all that good. At least they are selling Son of Juice, though. Nice beer.

Most of them look impossible to eat if you’re sitting in a normal seat.

Here’s an impossibly large Reuben that’ll slop all over the people 12” to your right & left, while you look like a disgusting slob what can’t satiate himself with a normal hot dog like a normal person. Here - top it off with a blue moon light, which apparently exists. Sure, the team sucks. But you’re so comfortable with failure you think it’s normal to eat two pounds of cured meat and some room temperature condiments at a fucking baseball game.

Men don’t eat at baseball games. They pound 10-12 beers and leave before the stretch.

This. Why not just have steaming hot plates of pasta covered in marinara sauce while you're at it?

Moose is a total Sox move. He's a non roster invitee so if he tears it up in camp, he makes the club. You hope for lightning in a bottle and the Sox need some depth on their bench anyway. My guess is he's GONE! by St Pats day. Its really a no risk move, so its easy to see why Bob doesn't understand it.
Pretty close.

March 22: Released INF Mike Moustakas
The move was made Friday after the White Sox split split-squad action with a home win over Oakland and a loss at the Angels.

So... Crochet hasn't really started in years, and does not have the IP per game or in a year on his arm to survive more than 3IP in a game. Whose bright idea was it, to have a bullpen game in the season opener?

Who do you think is going to win the AL Central? I can poke as many holes in them as you can with the White Sox.

The Twins won the division with 87 wins. 83-88 wins probably wins that division again. Furthermore, do you think the White Sox did enough to improve by 20+ wins? That is truly absurd thinking

I think they got rid of the right guys- Grandal and Anderson. And I definitely think the Sox can win 80 games. And if some things break their way, 85 isn't absurd.

Really glad the Sox went all in for Elite Defenders! :D

Yeah, at this point, no idea why they would be signing anyone (Clevinger?), veteran backup OF's, or bringing up career fringe IF's to try and improve the MLB roster.

It'll be interesting (well, probably not) to see if Getz is held accountable for putting together what may end up being the worst team in MLB history? I'm sure they will lean on their minor leagues improving, but probably another example of how inept this team is.

The team isn't that much different than the one LaRussa led to a 93 win season two years ago.

Maldonado-DeJong-Lopez-Robert is a solid defensive spine. The problem is, you have to find offense somewhere.

But if you're predicting that they will be worse than last year, I'm gonna say you get more offense out of the new guys than you did from the guys who covered those positions last season.
