Guy is beginning to look like the guy he was in Orlando now. Has been on a bit of a tear lately. Avg 18 and 12 for the year now. Not bad for a guy in his mid 30's. I think the last guy his age (mid 30's) to put up such number was Tim Duncan. Before that we are probably talking Robert Chief.

I was working during the whole game but caught a bit of it on the radio. Sounded like he had one hell of a first half.

So you know they will win nothing. And two of their best players are mid-30s. But what about the Bears!?

They definitely need him to be strong down the stretch and into the playoffs. They have no hope of winning in the playoffs without him

They have to get him some frontline help though. They only have 2 legit bigs at either the 4 or 5 on the entire roster. I hope they don't believe that this is the way to make a deep playoff run. What they need (serviceable bigs) is currently out there and has been available for a while. I think Billy Dee has soured on Tony Bradley (my guy) already so Vuc is the only guy manning the frontline on the entire team.

Completely agree. I keep hearing stuff about Grant from Detroit. I am not sure thats the answer either

Asking price is too much and I agree. They need a rebounder/rim protector. Not another hybrid 3/4 type. Depending on what the asking price was would have taken a flyer on Robert Covington. That is who I had my eye on. Maybe Nance Jr. They should have grabbed Biyombo as a backup to Vooch.

I'm just hoping that they really don't think they are going anywhere with J. Green as the starting 4 either. I'd much rather that use him as another guy to lock down 2's and 3's in the playoffs than have him bang around with 4's

Why not when the only time you post in hoops threads (or any threads for that matter) is for the purpose of spewing hate. Pure hate. Hate of the Bulls and hatred of anyone that likes them.

And actually this is much more about Vuc. I'm a fan of the guy and I'm glad that he is playing at a high level again.

He is a very good player but didn't show it earlier in the year.

Last 8 games. 25 pts 14 boards 4 assists per game. Finally playing like he played in Toronto and it could not have come at a better time. I was starting to think he was cooked as a olayer
