For all you fans of Mayfest and Oktoberfest, the Lincoln Square has found another opportunity to shut down the streets and serve beer in oversized cups. I believe this will be the weekend of the 5,6 and 7. Maybe a Christmas miracle will occur and I will actually meet Stink. The beauty of the other events is that is warm so you could stand outside and drink until you could not drink anymore. I don't know if people will feel the same in December. Anyway, I'm game to try. For those who hate dogs and strollers, I would imagine the weather will keep most families from hanging out too long. |

Maybe those damn suburbanites will all go to this one, so I could go and get my sack of nuts without having to wait for 20 minutes in line while listening to some eerie German over a loudspeaker in the Loop. |
