Hey guys!
I’ve been brainstorming some visual directions for a client launching a new line of watches, and I’m wondering what’s really resonating with people right now in the luxury product space.
Do you think the "heritage and craftsmanship" angle still hits, or are audiences more drawn to minimalist, lifestyle-driven storytelling?
Also — how much should I lean into user-generated content or raw, less polished formats? I know that works great for fashion or food, but for a precision object like a timepiece, is there a risk it cheapens the perception?
And one last thing — has anyone experimented with narrative-driven ad spots for watches? Like micro-stories tied to the watch as a kind of anchor or symbol? As an
online video maker, I’d love to hear if those actually convert or just build brand mood.
Curious to hear your thoughts — especially if you’ve worked in the high-end accessory space.
