this is Memphis's dirty little secret, they really do. 33-17, I think is the record. Ja CAN get so hot sometimes but as a team they're better with slow and steady.

Kings, I may be wrong about that team. We shall see.

i think the lakers just arent that good. lebron played like he was 40 years old yesterday.

I honestly feel like he doesn't care. He doesn't seem to take even a playoff game seriously
like flippant behind the back passes coming up court like it's a playground game
it has the feel of "i can turn it on when i want/need to", except he can't anymore

The Legend of Lebron has been demystified almost from the moment he took his talents to the Western Conf actually. Even has one tainted Championship and a number of flameout seasons since he came to LaLa Land.

I sincerely thought you were kidding. It's always something with him.

If they lose tonight, I almost feel bad for their team governor. Almost.

Why is the Nets game full of empty seats in front rows of a playoff game?

no, he' not taking it that seriously.
Yes, he thinks he can turn it on when he wants to. And maybe he still can, at least for one or two more series. This is his last great year, his body is finally betraying him.

Roster construction + coaching. Plus Thibs finally figuring out how to make adjustments in a playoff series. Maybe Thibs been watching Ty Lue tape.

Knicks fans win a single home playoff game to go up 2-1 in the first round of the playoffs and already acting like they won the title:

Because Donovan Mitchell is overrated. By the time it's over Utah will have gotten off like fat rats in that trade which sent him to Cleveland. Markannen might be better straight up for him. Add in the picks and Collin Sexton and it's pure banditry.

I must not watch Mitchell enough. Until these playoffs, all I ever saw him do is eat people alive. Plus the rest of the crew is also unrecognizable. They don't guard, they're sloppy, they don't play team ball.

He gets exposed each and every playoffs because he can't check anyone and he needs a ton of shots to get his numbers. That is what I'm sure Utah found out. Cleveland overpaid for him. He isn't a true #1 guy. Last 3 playoff series that he was involved in he got outplayed or played to a standstill by guys like Reggie Jackson. Jamal Murray and Jalen Brunson. Murray and Brunson are good players but hardly elite and Jackson was on his way out the league. Getting up with Mitchell saved his career.

I still Cleveland will win the series but they shouldn't be down 2-1 right now with the team they have

They gave up too much to get him. On some level they were already on an upswing with the young players they already had and felt that he was the Missing piece. He still might be who knows for sure? I still expect them to beat the Knicks but going forward that trade might come back to bite them in the ass. He isn't the difference maker that they believe him to be.

I haven’t watched much of that series but in what I’ve seen, the Mobley-Mitchell pairing doesn’t seem all than different from when he was in Utah with Gobert. Mobley’s looked awful on offense.

Mobley is better than Gobert offensively. And Mitchell is awful defensively. Mark Jackson just called him out for his awful defense I'm sure that is what they saw in Utah too. That's why they probably weren't as sad to seem him leave as it might appear.

Donovan Mitchell is currently selling them out. Knicks are a gritty team.

Shotout to Thibs For Doing Something that Billy Donovan would never do. Bench an All Star in the 4th Quarter and Crunch Time to win a game.

Sac G.S is the best of all the first round series. It's been outstanding.

Warriors were not losing today. Kings have a deer in the head lights look to them this half.

Going to be a great close of this series.
