The NBA is no longer a game of matchups.

If there is going to be a debate about the best this or best that shouldn't it be based upon out playing the guy that plays your position. If Curry's best title is based upon out playing Etwaun Moore and not Westbrook then he is not the best anything.

Jordan's best counterpart outside of Drexler was who? Dan Majerle?

Jordan had to outplay Dumars, Harper, and Majerle, Drexler Starks during his career.

So, yeah... he wasn't that good then. Also, only two of those guys were in the Finals.

Think about this. In the two most important series of Curry's career he wasn't even the best player on his own team.

Forgot about Miller too. It's not Jordan's fault that the West didn't really have quality two's that made the finals. I wouldn't blame Curry if he only had Delly, but once he gets the top guys he has to be able to outplay them. Hell Delly gave him a little trouble for a couple of games last finals also.

I don't disagree with that. I still don't think that makes Irving better.

Just not true.

Klay had a great game 6, but Curry was 1 shy of a triple double in the same game.

over the whole series Curry was better.

Coach K thought so during the FIBA games. He started Irving over Curry.

LTG, who is better: Reggie Miller or Ricky Davis? You're BS'ing if you say Miller.

Jesus, how unnecessary was that 10 minute delay?

Once they switched Thompson onto Westbrook to start game five that settled whatever debate that may have existed. It was an admittance that Westbrook was the better player. It's hard to say that Curry is better if the coach admits that Curry can't check him.

Miller couldn't guard Ricky Davis in one on one matchups.

1 point game before the extended ref review of delly's nut shot to iggy, GS comes out of the break and goes up by 10. Thanks, Obama.

Reggie Miller is a hall of famer. Davis isn't I'm sure your evidence is suspect. Westbrook outplayed Curry. Curry doesn't just duck Westbrook either. He tends to duck a number of good point guards. He was outplayed. He shot badly during the games against Westbrook also. Van Gundy just blew up the myth about his injuries too.

Cavs really need to take this game while Steph and allay are not playing well.

I once played Shaun Livingston in a Gus Macker 3-on-3 as a youth.

We didn't win.

Westbrook would go for 30 a game against Irving.

They are losing but Irving is clearly out playing Curry. We're not going to lower the pitcher's mound either. Nice rhetorical sleight of hand though.

When they played together Cleveland let Livingston walk.
