Salley missed it by a year. Because the common calendar starts with year 1, its first full decade is the years 1 to 10, the second decade from 11 to 20, and so on.[5] So although the "1960s" comprises the years 1960 to 1969, the "197th decade" spans 1961 to 1970. |

I was under the impression that the proper way to retire is to announce you will early in the season so you can provide your fans with multiple games of some of the worst basketball ever as a going away tour. |

No, you take a few seasons off and then come back to join up with Rip Hamilton, Jerry Stackhouse, Christian Laettner, Larry Hughes, Tyronn Lue, Hubert Davis, Popeye Jones, Chris Whitney and Charles Oakley to go 37-45 two years in a row. |
