The heat will be on Riley to deliver (no pun intended). Maybe Micky Arison (the Heat owner) cans Riley and lets Phil run the show... |

Riley won't be fired. He's in that job until he retires or dies. Phil won't work for Riley. Way too much bad blood from the 90s. |

It's all about championships and Riley has not delivered in Miami. Remember, Phil only coaches the extremely talented groups. It would be hilarious to see Phil get Riley wacked (or politely put in mothballs). |

Riley isn't leaving the Heat. The Heats' real weakness is their coaching. That is Riley's fault, but I believe he'll be given the opportunity to rectify that this off season. |
