Is it ever too early to discuss NBA draft lottery? I think not. Who will Stern anoint with the first pick of the draft you ask? Let's check percentages on who should win it first.

First Round Draft Choice Order
The teams entered in the lottery, to be held on May 21, 2013, are as follows (note: the first three picks in the Draft will be determined by the lottery and the remainder of the "lottery teams" will select in positions 4-14 in inverse order of their consolidated standings at the end of the regular season):

If Kings move to Seattle, then they are a lock to win this. You know Stern wants to have a big splash in a new market.

Well, Orlando has won the NBA Draft Lottery twice. Besides, they've got a relatively new arena, the Amway Center, which I've heard rave reviews about from those who follow the league. That being said, it's not exactly the deepest of drafts either.
