I'm starting to turn on this guy. He's really annoyed me this season, his ass should be back by now.

That huge Adidas contract, and his fear of Thibs' grind-out coaching style (which probably got him injured in the first place) are probably the two biggest factors if you are searching for reasons why he isn't back yet.

Just like Lovie Smith can be blamed for Urlacher's injury, Thibs has to wear that one. It was a poor tactical move having his already-gimpy meal ticket out there with a lead that big at the end of the game.

Are we back to Rose being on the floor again? I'd say it is still a relevant topic and possibly an ongoing concern if and when he does come back.

it's not a relevant topic
it was a freak injury
it could have happened 2 minutes into the game
hindsight is 20/20
he's young...there shouldn't be a concern about micro-managing his minutes at this point his career

If you have a lead in a playoff game (or any game really), you don't pull your guys until the other team has waved the white flag. Philly still had their starters on the floor, so you can't blame this one on Thibs.
