Sorry to burst your bubbles but scheduled c sections are scheduled. My friend was scheduled for one. The doctor told her that the best time was between the 11th and the 15th. She chose the 12th and they schedule the time of day for the operation.
It happens all the time with athletes where wives are induced or csections are scheduled around the players schedule within reason.
It didn't happen. She went into labor late Tuesday night and they performed the csection early Wednesday. Healthy 7 pound 4 ounce girl.
Sorry to burst your bubble here, but yes, they are scheduled as far as what day and time you arrive at the hospital. Our second child was a scheduled c-section. But, that meant we got to the hospital at 7 AM on Tuesday. We didn't choose when we went into the delivery room. It depends on many things. When they wheeled my wife into that room, the first interaction was with the anesthesiologist. After he did his thing, the OB/GYNs came into the room, and did their thing. Every situation is different, and there is no way to time it.
Our first child was born via unplanned c-section, and they wheeled her in there after another woman had one done, and the room was cleaned up.
But, if you think that she could plan exactly when she went into that room, which is different than regular delivery rooms, and have the baby at 12:12:12, you are wrong. Just admit that you made it up.
