Looks like someone is trying to deflect from the upcoming darkness of the Love era.

It's not silly at all. And it's an odd time to post this - I assumed you would have pulled the trigger had the Rams lost in the playoffs

Going in to today Stafford is second in TDs, second in yards and first in QBR. He's irreproachable big picture was so far.

Like Nas says, this seems like a desperate attempt to deflect attention away from Loves abominable performance.

So far, like I said, yes.

Do you think he could be doing better than the stats I quoted above? Is he integral or not to their 7-1 or 6-2 record or whatever it is.

They literally have had this exact same start with goff before so the answer to your question is clearly no, he has not been integral. Hes better than Goff but hes not great and hes still a passenger on McVay’s bus that wont lead them to any heights Goff didnt lead them to, which I’ve already said.

If Stafford posts great stats this year and loses in his first or 2nd playoff game this year are you still gonna pretend he was a franchise changer?

Lions fans recognize Stafford duffing it against good teams/in meaningful games, a lot like his high school teammate Clayton Kershaw.

 I’m fine with that. Nobody’s saying he the top QB in the league, but he’s miles above Goff and I still view them as the team to beat in the NFC.

I think you need to direct this post to someone who thinks he's a franchise changer.

I view us as it. My faith is stronger than your doubt, and shame on you for being worried about a team helmed by Matt Stafford

McVay's seen Stafford do this enough this season that he has to be thinking he'll need to game plan around Stafford's infirmities come playoffs. Gonna be difficult to do with a roster full of receiver horses meant for an all out, Coryell-Fouts aerial assault

Oh yeah. McVay was flustered in the post game presser. You could tell he was like “fuck, this again? Smh”

Very odd thread, where is your grave stomp for Josh Allen and the Bills? He played way worse than Stafford and lost to a bottom 3 team.

Matt Stafford observations from a guy who covered the Lions for years on CBS radio in Detroit:

Image

Stafford rant from approx 3:40-12:40

"You can win with Matt Stafford, you're not gonna win because of"

"Stafford does everything but win when it matters"

Forgot that the Matty Flynn highlight reel game was against the Lions; not sure how much of 45-41 L you put on the QB. Tho Stafford did throw 2 picks in the game.
