So I stopped listening to the Dan LeBatard show about a month into their podcast-only world. But I was looking at something on Reddit about their EP taking a full time PBO job, and came across this:

Only the first two or three minutes are relevant. I guess on their "producers and minion staff only" podcast, one of the minions said that listeners should "shut up about their complaints."

I watched last night and paid particular attention to Smoltz. He seemed OK to me, nothing great but I didn't hear whatever it is they are hearing. Are they bitching about him again today?

The only announcers that really bother me are the ones who insist on using the games as a platform for their catch phrases and shtick. If you just call the game I'm really not going to have a problem with you. People like to rag on Smoltz and McCarver, but I am/was fine with both of them.

Smoltz sucks

Bernstein, Larry Holmes, Leila, and P & S had a very good transition talking about naps, falling asleep watching TV and at movies. No mandated opinions, sjw agenda, team partnership driven drivel, no white men are evil, or vendettas. Just funny stories. They're all at their best not talking about sports. Their sports views are so poisoned now that ship has sailed.

I love a good story about somebody taking a nap.

Have often used AM talk radio to help me get to sleep, used to use Uncle Milt as a kind of audio melatonin as a kid.

Find the hapless Cubs TV baseball crew does the same thing, Boobs Powell and that dude that used to play for the Astros are nearly as sleep inducing as a 10mg Flexeril tablet, easily drift off to sleep with it on as background noise while sitting in the La-Z-Boy on a summer afternoon.

A a dem moderate I am more in line with David Haugh who is hooooorrrrible at radio. I think a great writer and was good on Kaps show, but I honestly think listening to far left woke radio would be more entertaining than Mully and Haugh.
