Tonight I'm in Egypt at a place called "Pyramids" Typically, a place needs a refresh every 3-4 years, and a full rebranding every 7-8 years. These things are 5000 years old! So it becomes a tough decision. It's an established brand. Do you discard all that history, or try and modernize it? I mean Mia, I don't think these guys even have any electricity in there for a POS system. |

Makes me sick.  You could be charging 250 a night on the lower levels and 2,500 for the penthouse suites. Instead, you have a huge open space generating no revenue! The further you go up until you are left with just a couple of rooms at the top! Could have a floating Nightclub in the middle atleast and a bar in the sky. Should be a crime to build this monstrosity. |

The house that you live in likely won't exist in 50 years. The pyramids have been around for over 4000.
