at the same time, (per their Twitter account), is it really a good idea for them to flippantly mock the 1-star reviews they're suddenly getting? let your fans do that. you're an official business. in an industry that is already volatile. and has been rocked by a pandemic in the past year.

Places have dress code policies that are inconvenient for some. Just go somewhere else if you dislike the policy. Snowflakes getting angry -and trying to cancel a business- because the business wants to operate at 100% capacity is really odd.
