Not true at all. Disagreement isnt a point of sensitivity.
Let me point out an example for you.
You said Ayton is underrated. I agreed that hes really good and asked who was underrating him. Your response was that i never hyped him up on here.
If I said a player, lets say Miles Bridges, was underrated, and you said yeah hes really good but whos underrating him - my reaction would not be to ask you when youve hyped him up. My reaction would be to tell you why I think hes underrated.
I like you cuz you talk hoops but you are way, way too concerned about who is “right” and who is “wrong” on literally every single nba discussion and on here. I dont think like that. I just talk whatever I feel about what the discussion is and what I think others are saying. I don’t really make it a point to try to look up the other person’s entire history of posting when talking hoops on here. The two big disagreements we’ve ever had We made threads on - Mitchell/Tatum and Jokic/Embiid. Still love my position on both of those, but it’s tiresome as fuck when you constantly go back to “whats your entire posting history on this guy” when I say some shit about a player. Its lame. Im not the only one that finds this irritating about you. Youre a good hoops poster. Insult me when you feel you need to but get over that napoleon complex of it
You're just shitty because you want to have a hegemony on what's "dumb" and "stupid" around here. That's all this is. You hate to be challenged about anything and always have been. You seek to be the sole arbiter of what is considered "dumb" and "stupid". You proclaim the thoughts of others to be "stupid" and "dumb" all of the time and when you're called out for the stupid shit you say you get pissy about it. Check for the dumb shit I called you on regarding Coby White if you think I'm lying.
And as far as calling out "people's posting history" you might want to practice what you preach for once. Didn't you keep the Kyrie vs Steph fight going well after I made you look stupid about it? Long after you claimed it was "dumb" and "stupid" to think he'd get the better of him in the NBA Finals? Don't you still keep the DeAaron Fox fight going with 312 long after you looked "stupid" and "dumb" regarding him "sucking" as a player?
There isn't a person that posts in NBA sections that is as dismissive of other people's thoughts as you are. No one and when you comport yourself as some sort of "authority" all of the time then you should be prepared to get pushback. If you don't like it then stop with the "dumb" and "stupid" comments when it comes to other people's thoughts. You did it earlier with Nardi in fact. You don't merely disagree as much as you dismiss. Ok when you partake in such things then be prepared to receive comments on the "dumb" and "stupid" shit that you say.
You're the only person who posts in NBA who does this. That shit seemed to leave with the departure of a few guys that no longer post here.
Me and Shakes disagree about everything but I respect the guy's opinion. He knows that. Hell me and CB disagree a ton as well but I respect his too. Wolf too. Nardi. It's not about that.
As far as "Napoleon complex" goes please. I'm comfortable getting shit wrong and hearing about it. It happens all of the time with me here. I can take it. You can't though because you want to be viewed as an authority for some reason and can't fathom why you are not.
I used to find it "hilarious" how you'd show up out of nowhere after it was obvious you really didn't watch "The league" and immediately start doing the "it's dumb" "it's stupid" shit with other posters here. You did that probably the last 3 seasons in fact. If that doesn't exemplify an incessant need to feel "smarter" than everyone nothing else will.
And no you don't just "talk" either. You summarily dismiss things that do not coincide with your beliefs. Invariably something will be a "dumb" "stupid" or euphemistically speaking "hilarious" comment given the mood you're in. Do you remember how "stupid" it was for anyone to believe that OKC could get up with G.S? Interesting enough this was about 2 weeks before it was also "dumb" and "stupid" for anyone to think that Kyrie would get a hold of your guy Steph as well. Those aren't simply disagreements. They are dismissals. And when you do shit like that be prepared to accept that the shit will thrown in your face when you are incorrect. It was also "stupid" not too long ago to think that the biggest problem on the Bulls was Zach Lavine too. It's not "sensitive" as much as it is simply an astute observation of how you choose to interact with people here. It has nothing to do with me as you do it with everyone that posts here at some point.
You just don't like it when it is thrown back at you. Again that is your problem. Not mine or anyone else's.
