I don't think Heyward is irredeemable. The guy was a decent major league hitter. I'm not sure what happened to him, but I think he should be able to get back to a guy who hits .250 with 15 homers. That's still not good for the money you're paying him, but I find it hard to believe he is suddenly as helpless as he's looked.

And I don't think Zobrist is gonna be a problem. That motherfucker is a ballplayer. I never thought much of the guy, but he impressed the hell out of me this year.
