The better team won. Doesn't always work out that way. But thankfully it did and now we can sit back and watch the big blue train keep on chugging down the tracks and winning multiple titles in this period of sustained excellence that should continue for the foreseeable future.

for the first time in C/S/FMB history i literally can't find any fault in a hyperbolic Elmhurst Steve Cubs post. all things considered, that should definitively tell you how weird it was that the Cubs won the world series!
