Wait in 6 months when Trump starts declassifying things.

You should adjust your tv old man. He's been given nothing but respect. Even the president had someone write something nice about him.

I can answer for not just conservatives but who put America first :

HW Bush and his ilk sold this country out. No, let me correct that, they couldn't wait to sell this country out.

Trump - like or hate him - puts America's interests first and only.

That was a good job by 60.

The paintings by George W are not bad.

I didn’t see the paintings. But I’ll take your word for them. Too bad W couldn’t govern as well as he paints.

To me, Bush was a better man than McCain because he tried to put the country first. Both of these guys hated Donald Trump . But McCain voted against the repeal of Obamacare after promising to vote for the change for personal reasons and insisted that Trump not be invited to his funeral. And Bush hated Trump because of Trump's political attack on Jeb. But he specified that the Trump's be invited to his own funeral for the betterment of the country. I am sure that the news media wanted him not to do that because of how much that they hate Trump.

Always had the feeling that HW was a better person than he was a President. Don't know why really. Just did.

Civility goes a long way.

I saw a quote from Bob Dole tonight that legislators who served in WWII had a different view of bi-partisanship and compromise than those who came later.

Maybe that's what it was. I chalked it up to childhood nostalgia but it seems very different today.

Most politicians today took any means necessary to avoid military duty and have no idea what it means to sacrifice for something. No shit they don’t know what bi-partisanship and compromise is.
