In under two seconds, both edge guys were on him barely touched. He took a step forward into a non-existent pocket. This wasn’t the Vikings OT sack.

Unless you assume they take the time out to avoid the 10 second runoff - idk, maybe the penalty would’ve at least given Flus a chance to regroup and not piss down his leg.

I agree with your original statement. I was just pointing out that his only other possible choice was actually worse.

And I’m still not convinced to even even have time to intentionally ground the ball because that’s how fast the rush was on him.
