Special talent?

The kid can play. Have seem some comps for him of DJ Moore. He will be a good weapon in the NFL.

Nah. The Bears did "give him a chance to succeed" game last season and he flopped. Now he has to prove that he is worth the investment in order for this to continue.
In the past 2 seasons they have drafted 2 pass catchers in the top 10 and traded a No. 4 pick for another receiver. Even though they already had a 1,000 receiver on the roster. Thats 2 great of an investment for someone that isn't particularly good.

This one won't age well.

But soon you'll have your chance to predict his numbers.

You'll be making more excuses soon. And clinging to the belief that he played well because of inflated numbers as you did last season

Bears get 56, 62 and 109 for 41, 72 and 240

Ehh.. considering who’s on the board now I’m still not crazy about this trade. Theres a couple top tier guys like Johnson still left that won’t be most likely by time the Bears pick again.

41, 72, and 240 for 56, 62 and 109 is a great trade for a competent GM

Depends on what’s still on the board. It’s abnormal for top-10 guys like Will Johnson to still be available.. doubt he’s still there at 56

If they're just going to ignore the defense completely I am on the Skattebo train.

Owning a small ranch with a nicely landscaped lawn near lambeau might be the best life. But

OK. They got a tackle. I might be intrigued with this one. He’s a very large man. I think I like that.

Burden's not only fast, he's quick. 4.41 40 time.

Very good pick to take the kid from Mizzou. He's got upside.

He was very emotional to get picked by the Bears.

Not quite Velus Jones speed.

OT picked. Hopefully not a Poles-esque BC lineman.
