A cypher, as I understand it, has to do with encryption/decryption of a message. It is, at its core, an algorithm, but someone who adept enough to write an algorithm to filter out tweets probably wouldn't call it a "cypher", and they would also probably use TweetDeck or any of the other programs that have tweet-filtering algorithms already written, up to and including Twitter's "Advanced Search".

Oh, and "logic compression filter" is nonsensical techno-jargon of the Star Trek: TNG variety. He should tell Julie his data is stored on the sub-space transient cloud in a temporal rift.

what lengths is he going through to see julie's tweets....? he clicks logout on his account and then goes to Julie's public profile on twitter... i'd imagine the great lengths take him about 2 seconds depending on internet speed.

I tried image-matching Donovan's twitter avatar to see if it came up from someone else's social media profile, but all that Google and Bing returned were mugshots.

If I recall correctly, Donovan is the account that actually had some salient counters to Julie's legal dogma, right? Something having to do with what could and could not be brought up in court to evidence a contractual relationship?

I just hope Mr Donovan isn't screencapping all of her posts on this and sending it along to CBS corporate. Hope that's not the case.
