Over here by us, the counter guy with the deformed arm/hand really knows his parts. I'd be comfortable asking about distributors, catalytic converters, even crankshafts.

For sure you should go to Chappellet. You can grab sandwiches from Sunshine and eat in the meadow with a bottle of Cab Franc. Beautiful.

Go see T.J. at Anomaly and Jessica at Arietta. And Corison is my favorite Napa wine. Come back with a vertical of Kronos.

Ad Hoc is probably the best place I've ever eaten for the money. Go to Press and order an old bottle of Cab.
