taking a chance on an etf - chindia etf (fni).

200 shares at nearly $11k.

God bless the global economy, but, not globalism.

Glenny Balls' Long Island Sliders are delicious. Not sure what the issue is here. Viva!

Hah, nope on the puts. I am in for 200 shares so feeling the same pain. Hoping KD takes off as spins usually do, and IBM should start to bounce back as this seems like a very overdone selloff.

My WANT/SOXL 3x Consumer Disc and semiconductor ETF's were good hedge buys along side IBM.

Keep an eye on KHC Kraft Heinz (KHC).

If it gets above its 200 day moving average at around $38.20, it could a lot higher. Has a nice dividend to around 4.4%.

Good inflation hedge. Kraft makes my favorite coffee---Yuban coffee. Better than all the other coffees in the store, including SBUX.

Up 2.5% today.

Best inflation hedgers are Bitcoin and grocery related stock. I have Costco. Kraft is fine. Proctor and Gamble. Shit like that is all fine.

My UAL stock is finally starting to come back. The holidays should be good for me.

It's back in a plus position but about 6 months later than I thought because you mf-ers keep beating the shit out of flight attendants that ask you to put on a mask.

united was and is priced for potential dividends. with less shares outstanding than delta and american, it was primed to pay at least what delta was paying - i believe delta was paying $1.61 a share pre-covid.

a $2 a share dividend would 'only' cost united $700 million a year. the yield wouldn't excite anyone, but with less shares out, it could keep increasing the dividend with continued low jet fuel prices- oops, thanks, joe.

Feb/Mar and that's a big if with institutional money pouring in. So it's a different situation than 2013 and 2017. Inflation another factor.

Dems going to try to bribe midterm voters with another round of stimulus payments after the first of the year; stimulus payments helped the December to May run.

Rahm's brother on the board for this $RNDR token everyone's stocking up on all of sudden after their metaverse/streaming NFT's presentation at the solana conference:

yooge pivot/expansion for a token that previously was used mostly as payment for renting out time on your idle nvidia card to render graphics jobs.

fuck if i know. it's low mkt cap relative to the top 20, so room to grow? Not a lot of wallets holding it/mostly larger holdings, hence it getting sold off for quick gains every time it runs and bought back up after it drops. I've had good luck with R tokens, $RVP, $RDT, this one has 2 R's. Can get it on kucoin or gate with lower fees than uniswap's outrageous eth gas.

their solana chain stuff appears to be vaporware currently, but then that's par for the course for crypto.

on the plus side they say the word "metaverse" a lot and anything relating to SecondLife 2.0 is hot at the moment.

monero is the only coin with real value. its also going to be the one most targeted by the deep state. will be interesting one to watch.

Do you think that green piece of paper in your wallet has "real" value? It does. But why does it? And then compare and contrast those reasons to Bitcoin's reasons it has value.

I haven't had a green piece of paper in my wallet in two years.

the paper is somewhat untraceable. just like monero. all other coins dont even try to hide the trail.

the fed will come out with a blockchain us dollar at some point. but if they have any brains, they will copy what monero is doing. the only way a virtual dollar will compete with other coins is if the government cant watch every transaction. but sadly, you know thats exactly how they will structure it.

Difficult to tell from the sepia toned pic, but I think this guy on Fallon last night = Beeple/Mike Winkelmann?

Might be part of the reason $RNDR jumped from $1.90 per yesterday afternoon to $3.40 today. He was on CNN this AM as well.

And volume up 400%. Jimmy Fallon 80% richer today.

No doubt, Rahm's brother still some kind of big shot agent? Helps to get that Bill Gates looking dude's mug on TV.

I'm looking forward to blowing my rndr gains on cyber strippers and digital coke in the metaverse
